I moved in in September and initially had no real complaints. The move in maintenance was done very quickly. Then right after Halloween, all the lights outside my building went out and were just repaired (7 months later). Yes, the office was called about it every month. Also, the guy-above-me's truck got broken into along with a riff raft bunch of neighbors raising 10 shades of hell at any given hour just make it more difficult to feel safe at night around here. Add to that the stray black cats that have gone wild in the area and the office has done nothing about. Speaking of the office...... I was informed 3 months ago that my rent was late and that I had bounced 4 previous rent checks (this is the first I hear of this by the way). I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BOUNCED A CHECK and have the bank statements to prove it. Yet, I pay them my rent, ON TIME, and am informed that I cannot pay by check (it has to be a money order) and when I refuse to do so, my rent is considered late. Then, this financial shrew, Jasmine comes barging in my apartment for no reason, with no call, while I'm supposed to be at work. VERY SHADY. I have had no real problems to the bulk of the staff, but this financial lady is a real piece of work. I have never been talked to like this by anyone in my life. She has provided no proof of the bounced checks yet refuses any form of reason. I originally thought she had it out for me, but after reading the rest of the reviews have realised these people are awful and only in it for there money. I encourage no one to live here. I dont even encourage anyone to visit.

What do you expect the office to do? kill them cats? Strays will be strays- will run wild no matter what unless you find them a home. I actually been good & fed those cats while I lived there. Leave the cats alone, animal hater.

Is there anything else that "We" the tenents can do besides talking to the Manager of the property that is good for nothing?
