I could write a novel on the nightmare experiences of this property which began before move and have continued a month after moving out. I begin by saying the office staff bites ass. No one knows there butt from a hole in the ground in this place. They play dumb and tell you what you may or may not what to hear to appease you for the moment. I have never experienced such horrific customer service and have lived in apts the past 16 years of my life. As stated in previous postings I have read here, maintenance is a skeleton crew and it takes days to complete requests. I lived in a 2 bedroom roommate situation and had a backed up toilet and was told it was not a priority request because there was another toilet to use in the apt which was not entirely true since I do not intrude on my roommates territory! The electricity and power bills were OUTRAGEOUS! In one of coldest winters I have seen we kept out heat set to 65 or less and still had $260.00 power bills. Water bills of over $100.00 and a final bill they decided to inform us of a month after moving out of nearly $220.00 If you ask for the management staff to call you back, you never hear from them, especially Jasmine the new assistant. There were numerous issues and things going wrong internally with the apartment. I can deal with dated, but this place is just falling apart. I pity anyone that gets caught in the trap of this property. I was fortunately have been freed from it all. PLEASE heed my WARNING!

Horrible Staff! Is there anything else that "We" the tenents can do besides talking to the Manager of the property that is good for nothing?
