I moved in here June 7th. Before moving in I did a walk thru with one of the staff-several items were noted and she promised they would be taken care of before I moved in. I have been here two weeks and still waiting. The maintenance supervisor did meet me at my apt to go over everything and he was nice-but that was the extent of the service I recieved. I was told they would be here today, tomorrow and everything in between. I was told they would call me back on certain things and they never did. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever been around. The office staff is all brand new and maintenance is pitiful-it appears they do not have enough help to maintain this large property. It's a shame, because the property is beatiful and convenient, but they dont seem to care about customer service or proper upkeep on the units that are getting older and having more problems. The paint job is laughable, the carpets not cleaned and basic stuff not attended to. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you are fortunate enough to be looking and not stuck here at present.

The office staff will always be new. Except the manager. She's awful and can't keep good employees for long...once they figure her out, she makes sure to get rid of them.
