I moved in at the beginning of the year, and I am still trying to get my problems fixed. I have to go into the office and complain every week about my maintenance request. They ensure me it will be fixed, and it never is. The wood is rotting off in the balconies and stairs. This has to be one of the worst places I have lived at. The staff is slow and does not give good customer service. You have to hound them to get anything done.
