Not the worst place I have ever lived in, but certainly not the best either. Just a couple of things to watch out for.

First, they have one bedroom units that have the exact same layout but two different sizes. When shown the model apartment I saw the 700 sq ft version and when I arrived to move into my new apartment it was the 600 sq ft version. I had no other choice but to take it since I was moving from out of town and started my new job two days later.

As I was settling in I noticed that the walls had stains on them almost as if they weren't painted, the base boards were incredibly dirty, the sink in the bathroom was rusting, and the tub had a horrible stinch coming from the drain (maintenance said pour some bleach down the drain and it should fix it, five gallons later it was finally was bearable)

The complex is not well lit and the bridges and steps are unsafe. This property is run down and needs some serious attention, especially if they continue to charge rent at their current levels.

I never had an issue with the staff, they were always nice and maintenance did respond to my requests within 24 hours.... except for the stinky tub drain.

Maybe I was in a bad unit, maybe not....but I certainly would not suggest this place to my friends.

no, it's not just your unit. our unit sucks too. plus the size of spiders and the spider webs in the breeze ways are creepy. i also have found management to be unresponsive.
