The maintenance PACE and staff here is quite ridiculous. It takes insanely long to get any repair done, and in my situation, they don't even show up to fix it when they say they will. We've had so much go wrong with this place. Also there is a major tilt happening in the bedroom, as though the foundation is sliding downhill. It smelled awful, like smoke, when we first moved in and never really went away. The whole apartment was FILTHY when we moved in. I had to do a complete DEEP clean myself of every surface. It was so disgusting. The walls are cracking... And the whole complex got a note on their door recently that a man followed a woman to her apartment and forced her inside. I would NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT recommend it. It's like a polished turd on the outside, but like every turd, it stinks.

yeah - i totally agree. it seems like they need to hire more staff. really... it's like so many people are upset about this place. i find it rare to find someone who is actually happy...
