Madison at Ridgelake is probably the most awful place on the planet. When i moved in, there was literally a hole in the floor, covered with carpet. Aside from the maintnance being slow and mostly incompetant, these are the least of my complaints. I lost my job about 4 months into my lease, and to break the lease it would've cost me roughly 3,000 dollars more than simply paying it out, thanks to there lovely 'deals' on rent. So, after continuing to pay rent on a place i wasn't even living for 8 months, i finally get a phone call explaining how there cheap ass pipes burst and now i owe thousands of dollars to replace the pipes, carpets, and everthing else that somehow slips by being covered by the insurance they offer. All and all, madison has been the biggest rip off in my life, i would give anything to have never lived there. Even aside from all that BS, i was constantly getting calls about bills and rent after i had already paid for them, bothering me at work constantly. The management is so wishywashy, constantly contradicting one another. The best advice i could give about this place is, keep looking. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
