DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They would not let us look at our apartment before we rented it. She kept taking us to the model. Then we payed $10 extra to be on the bottom apartment because my wife was pregnant and we didn t want a lot of stars. So they put in the middle of a hill where we have more steps then it would be to a second floor apartment! There sub floors creak LOUD! I can t take one step with out it creaking bad I am only 150lb. My daughter can t even take a whole nap when the guy up stairs is home becuse there floors creak so bad. I Can t say anything to him because he is just walking normally.
Then I recommended my friend to rent from them when we first moved in and they wouldn t give us a referral fee after they moved in. There Management SUCKS!! And they All have attitudes if you have any kind of problem or anything.
