Regarding the last posts: I find it strange that suddenly there's 5 or so positive posts in a row, most on the same day. I'm thinking the staff/management has a hand in that. Very sneaky, but not surprising. As a matter of fact, it's exactly something that they would do, after they lie about everything else. As for the 1 post that may have actually been a current resident, I have this to say: It's easy to like the place when you first move in, live there for a year and then write about it. After your water is turned off for a full day without notice or you get your first $200 electric bill; you will see in the end why it's a little less expensive upfront, because after all of the extra charges it ends up being more expensive. I would try elsewhere if you don't want a lot of hidden fees. Clearly Madison at Ridgelake is concerned about these posts because they have taken it upon themselves to fraudulently post positive reviews over and over to try and makeup for the negative, which I think is a little desperate, but with all the negative reviews, I guess I'd be a little worried too. Bottom Line, Look Elsewhere When Viewing Apartments. You will be better off in the end.

And if you're not a fan of wild cats running amuck, you will not be a fan of Madison at Ridgelake.

I appreciate your consideration but don't waste your time feeling sorry for me. I'm a young, educated professional with a great career and life. What I'm trying to do is express an honest opinion of my experience at Ridgelake so that others don't fall into the same trap that I did. I signed a lease with Ridgelake based on what I was told in the beginning, and that changed drastically in the end. I think people need to beware when thinking of leasing from this complex as I wish I would have taken more caution. So don't waste energy feeling bad for me, please. Instead, you should feel bad for the 100's of other disgruntled residents who have posted reviews of Ridgelake, because I have moved on to bigger and better things. And thanks for proving my point about the cats - fault or not, they exist, and they are out of control.

This is clearly a disgruntled resident who didn't get their way. I worked in the multi-family housing industry for years, and you learn that some residents are not happy, no matter what you say or do. This is surely one of them. Ridgelake does the best they can with what they have. And the cats...have some sympathy...for the cats and the management. Animal control won't pick up feral cats and management has NO control over them. Why don't you get out there and catch them yourself. It's the irresponsible pet owners that are at fault. If they spayed and neutered, like they're supposed to, wild cats wouldn't be born on the property. I don't know who you are, but I feel sorry for you. You are headed for a miserable life ahead. No person, place, or thing will ever satisfy. AND...I DON'T WORK AT RIDGELAKE.

This is laughable. I have run a large complex and the cat issue could easily be resolved. It's cheaper for them to have wild cats than to maintain pest control! I have seen four long term tenants leave due to the element of trash that has moved in. Loud, disrputive, rude and downright scarey but clearly this corporation is more interested in money than quality tenants. Just where do you live again?
