I've lived at Madison at Ridgelake since 2006. I transferred to a townhome this year. At first I was wondering what I had gotten myself into. I had a lot of issues with the new place and could not get a response from the office. But with the change in office staff and maintenance staff I have seen a huge turn around. They listened to my complaints and are acting on it. They couldn't believe the condition of the carpet or other issues that I moved in to. They are currently working on fixing all issues I listed on my move in form. I would have to say that from Feb of this year until last month I have seen a 100% turn around in the way things are done and the residents treated.

That is great to know. I also have observed that the new office staff are more friendly - all credit to them. But if you are living in a townhome, just wait until the winter for the fun to start. The winter electric bills are huge and I guess the insulation in those old homes is not good enough. I have learnt that it is better to complaint it to the NES department rather than file a complaint with the Madison management as they would not pay you a compensation of more than $100 for the bills which would come around $430 . So, watch out.
