Former 3 year resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   We lived at Massman Manor Apartments for 3 years. While we liked the location there were many problems we encountered. We had a nuisence problem with a neighbor who constantly argued, yelled and disturbed the peace. We called the Police several times which made them settle down for a while but eventually started back up again. We filed a complaint with the management and they sent the tenants a letter but the problem peristed. We filed a complaint again but this time management was histitant to resolve the problem. Managment new the tenants were causing problems but made the appearance that they were affraid to further deal with the tenants. The tenants were in blatent violation of their lease agreement but the management only said their hands were tied in the matter. I would be cautious about moving into this complex for security reasons. The apartments are not worth the rent price they ask for.
