I lived in Starlight for a year and loved it! I would have stayed, but got a house instead. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Maintanence was always taken car of quickly, the guy even helped me jump my car one time, then checked later on that I got everything taken care of. It's a fairly large community, yet I still felt very personal there. The price and size are wonderful....and I never had any parking problems (I've heard some buildings have.) I always loved driving down (and up!) Glastonbury Rd...except for in the snow- that caused some problems! Overall...I would highly recommend Starlight!
