The Worst Building I have ever lived in!!!!!!!

Metro Manor Apartments---- where should I begin''' Let's start with parking--There are approx.176 units in this building--There are 60 parking spaces and all are reserved-- The waiting list is insane--some people have been waiting years for a spot. You get a permit to park on the premises but-- you don't really have any use for it because there is never a spot on the premises. Try finding a meter instead--Good luck! Oh but no worries--3 blocks away across a very dangerous parkway they will charge you additional $$$ to rent an uncovered parking spot with no security or guarantee that your car will be there the next day. I hope you have a job you can walk to or no vehicle. Once you hopefully find a spot at a meter ---make sure you read the parking signs---7am your car better be moved on one side of the street or 9:30 on the other-- otherwise have fun in court trying to talk your way out of the numerous tickets you will find on your windshield in the morning. Next there is the outdoor noise--did I say outdoor'' I meant don't expect to open your window on a warm summer night unless you love the sound of a locomotive, ambulance, fire truck, or police car--you will be located so close to the police station and fire stations and tracks that the only way to get a decent nights sleep is by sleeping somewhere else or wearing earplugs. Then there are the smells--- I hope you like to eat a mixture of Indian food, pizza, chinese food, and fish---Every hallway has a nausea creating odor that is absolutely stuck forever!!! All odors travel right into the individual apartments. Then there's the elevators--- Plain and simple ---THEY DON'T WORK!!!! REPLACE THEM!!!! How many residents have to get stuck or become late for work in order for this to happen' The interior of the apartments have their share of problems as well---roaches and ants---it doesn't matter if you have no food in your cabinets or no trash in the trash can---They are there and they are staying there---pest control is obviously spraying water to kill those suckers. It is disgusting to not be able to fell like walking around barefoot. The fixtures are old, the paint is cheaply done, the drywall is a joke and the A/C/ Heat unit in the window is loud and not dependable--- The toilets are out of date-- the shower pressure is low and you better own a great plunger to live here. Did I mention that the management keys into your unit sometimes for no reason whatsoever---Oh and don't forget to get your pakages from the office before 5pm on Friday---once it's time to go for these people---that's it see ya Monday---No weekend office hours--- Your Fed Ex, UPS, or priority mail pakage is stuck. That is unless they key into your unit because they feel like it to put it on your bed for you. What a joke! I only would say that if you are considering it---don't it was a nightmare---ask anyone if these allegations are true and see what they say---Thank God I put in my notice to move!!!
