Metro Manor Apartments

Excellent place to live overall From: happy_at_metro_manor Date posted: 4/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   This community, like any business, is not perfect, but the slanderous reviews listed above are far from accurate. This is a great place to live in! The entire staff is kind and courteous (and on-call 24/7), the building boasts the only rooftop swimming pool which has breathtaking views in all directions, there is a 24 hrs laundry facility with new washers & dryers and vending machines downstairs, the building is controlled access and monitored with video surveillance, just to name a few of the pros. And to answer a few of the claims made in those mean-spirited earlier reviews...well for starters the claim that staff keys into occupied units for no reason is simply a laughable outright lie! The only time a staff member would enter a unit is if they were asked to by the tenant! There were also claims made that the building is bug infested and unbearably noisy. Well the bug claim is ridiculous and doesn't even merit a response. As far as the noise, well we are located downtown...there is an occasional siren or passing train, but I sure don't lose any sleep and don't know anyone who does.
