Listen, its not accidental that the best review posted sounds a bit too omnicient as if, say, a manager had written it. That "tentant" is confident that all the apartments have no bugs or dont get barged into or simply "these are good apartments." i dont have a clue what another apartment looks like. I havent been barged into but I have to say I really wouldnt know if it happened to someone else.
is it downtown' yes, but surrounded by office buildings. coming home at six pm will make you feel like the lonesome gunslinger making his back back to the dry drinking hole. i look for the tumbleweed every day. in other words saying downtown is somewhat misleading as downtown nashville has a great deal of character. fifth ave and --- street has no such thing. as for the noise: freight trains abound. it seems as if conductors are obligated to sound off the entire time theyre passing through. you probably will be able to sleep. whats more infuriating are the interruptions the trains cause when youre awake and, say, using the phone or reading the same line five times or even watching the TV. firetrucks do come along fairly often as well and street cleaners or whatever those god damned leviathons are that traipse through the streets leaving a streak behind them like a two ton slug would. look some where else. from this message board it seems no one really cares to live here, some wanting desperately to leave.
