I've lived at Metro Manor for almost 4yrs. If you read the other notes,my first advice to you is to be mature in your judgement and check it out for yourself, come to the complex look at the aprartments, talk to residents. I've never had any problems with any kind of bugs. If I did, there is a request sheet downstairs by the office to be completed by the resident as to what needs repair. The exterminator checks each week to see if anyone has reported anything. Yes, there is noise, excuse me but we're downtown not in the country. We're in walking distance of Kroger, Walgreen's, General Dollar, Family Dollar, Farmer's Market, Bicentennial Mall, Eckerds. Neddless to say, you can walk downtown to all different kinds of restaurants, and activities. My experience has been anytime I've requested anything to be repaired it has been done within 24 hours. The staff is always helpful and nice. We have the BEST pool in the downtown area. None can compare to the ultimate privacy up on the roof. The pool is inspected by the health dept. several times during the season. We also have a covered gazebo on the roof, it has 3 picnic tables and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view and is open 24/7 and it's opened almost all year long. It's great on weekends to go up in the morning and enjoy coffee and the view! Come sisit and see for yourself! Look forward to m aybe having you as a new neighbor!
