The major problem as you may already have figured out is the parking. The lack of parking can be frustrating. The studios are small but are comfortable for me. The rent has gone up every year since I have been here but is still reasonable compared to other apartment complexes. The utilities are low. However, the windows are not very good and could be upgraded or replaced.
The service is adequate, usually any problem is addressed within 24 hours.

Building management does appear to give the Comcast cable people total access to the building. I do not appreciate being solicited in a no solicitations building.

The location is pretty good. You are still far from the tourist downtown area which is good and bad. But the park and Capital grounds are great for walking etc...

If you are going to work downtown especially for the state, I recommend you take a look.

Oh, one downside no one has mentioned. When the TN legislature is in session, there are several members that live in the building.
