Convenient to downtown, not too highly priced

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
Walk to work in downtown. Walk or run around an inter-city state park and/or the capitol grounds.

Apartments are moderately priced, but are probably higher than they should based on age and condition.

Residents are a mix of students, downtown workers, and elderly.
