I lived her for 6 mos. and the only problems I experienced were the surroundings not the apartments. The parking situation is a bit much, the number of apartments definately outway the number of spaces, but it IS downtown! And that damn train horn if you live on thay side of the building takes some getting used to. But overall I felt safe, I never ran into ant traffic and my maintenance issues were resolved timely. So I say it may be worth it, I thought it was a cool place to live.

ha! oh my god..i haven't run into any ant traffic either. but yes, that DAMN train! but it's awesome here, i've already found true love...or something like it..on the roof one night...
