No exhaust,no sound proof windows,conventional air conditions.

community is good,but windows not sound proof lot of noise due to trains,no exhaust facility in all apartments,no micro wave owens,very old conventional thermostate air conditions,small swimming pool at the roof,over and above a little expensive apts to live in as utilities are not included...
