I've had the best service when requesting anything maintenance. Love the pool and the gazebo area, it's always clean.
The one issue that I may have is with other residents not being respectful of the bldg. or grounds.
May I say, If you wish to be distructive, find a place away from the manor and go bunging jumpin, ride atv's do something that will be a benfit not tear up what others enjoy.
Bottom line: IF YOU DON'T LIKE LIVING AT METRO MANOR-LEAVE ASAP!!

The only problem i had was the noice level inside the apartment was really high,and the utility bills were high aswell.

i did move in 2006 and glad of it. the only convience i miss is that it was easier to go catch an MTA bus. so you can have the Manor and the high rent and NES bills.
