So many people are leaving these apartments. The main owner is not loyal at all. He let the pool get so bad and now he can't fix it yet the rent keeps getting higher. Maintenance is pretty good about getting things done. Management seems uncaring. The rent goes up higher and higher but nothing really gets better. If I were someone thinking of moving here, I would really look around at other places first. Parking is pretty bad too. This should be a last resort.
