Best Apt. I've ever lived in! From: rw76 Date posted: 2/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Manager Laura Cameron and her staff have been great!! I have lived in other apt. complexes in Nashville (i.e. Lakes of Bellevue) and had horrible experiences. The facilities are maintained well, and when I complained about a noisy neighbor, they sent him a notice about it. There have been a few car break-ins, but Laura keeps residents informed anytime this happens. I am an extremely picky person, and I have been pleased with the maintenance here. One of the maintenance guys (David) even changed a flat tire for me. I have felt very safe here, and am only moving because I have to relocate to Georgia. The office staff, including Laura, has always been extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. I have been very impressed, and have LOVED living here.
