Generally, the apartments are nice, nice grounds, pool, etc..
The only issue I had with the place itself: A month after I moved in, they installed gates at the entrance (still not sure why, it's a nice area) and the damn things were broken more often than not.
Moving out was another story altogether. I signed a 1-year lease and when that was close to expiring, I asked the manager if I could go month-to-month (I was getting married and we were working a deal on a house). The response I got was "sure, but you have to give a month's notice before you move out." So, I stay a month and half longer, gave notice and paid a pro-rated amount for the half month. Three months later I get a letter from these idiots telling me I owe another month and a half of rent because I didn't give 60 days notice. I called and sent letters to no avail, meanwhile the b**** turned it over to a collection agency. So, after three months of going round and round with these people on an apartment on which 1. I had stayed the term of my lease and 2. had an agreement to stay month-to-month at a HIGHER RATE, and realizing that my options were to go to court or just pay the damn money. I paid just to be done with them once and for all. I got screwed out of roughly $900. Keep in mind, I was never ONCE late with the rent. Makes me mad thinking about it now. Based on their actions, I wouldn't recommend this place.
Move in at your own risk and get EVERYTHING in writing.
