I have now lived at Archstone properties for almost 3 years, while the Brentwood location has been the best, as far as appearance, a couple of staff members could use a little extra training. I have nothing bad to say about maintenence, they are the impecable, but when it comes to some of the ladies in the office, they are not very prompt in returning phone calls, I am still waiting on a phone call after leaving a message, (during business hours). This has been about 5 days ago now. Also last month, my rent check was credited to someone elses account. How does that happen' An over $600 check''' I got a notice on my door informing me that my rent was late and that I had a late fee added on to my rent, and if I hadn't paid it I was to vacate the apartment within 30 days. And may I please remind you I have never been late on my rent. And I thought that was quite threatening seeing as how my rent was on time, as always. And I never got a phone call apologizing for the incident.
Overall the grounds are amazing, the buildings have just been painted a wonderful tan color with white trim, making them look a little more modern, just what they needed.
One more thing I would like to add is for what I pay I feel as if I need a little more square footage, or atleast a fireplace. = )
Laura, if you read this I love you, you have been the best, she is the manager of the property, but honey please see to it that your girls/guys are a little more attentive to the phone calls, and applying rent checks to the right accounts. =)
