YOU CANT POLISH A TURD!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I am a current resident here and I need to tell everyone apartment shopping that this place is a real lemon. There are alot of problems at this complex. Lets start with the trash compactor, almost everyday its overflowing into the parking lot(and smells as pleasant as it sounds). Second the residents that occupy this complex do not live up to its standard. I have lived here for five months and have seen the residents continue to roll in as if to say there goes the neighborhood. The office staff is also incredibly rude they have never helped me fix any of my problems, i.e. bugs,spiders, and noisy neighbors. I made the mistake of not reading between the lines when inspecting my apartment it was incredibly filthy when I moved in. I noticed most of it but there were still obvious problems the lazy office staff should not have over looked. Maintenance has been in my apartment several times, none of which I was notified about. I also dont feel safe walking my dog at night without my boyfriend coming over to go with me. There are always shady characters lurking about. If you are looking for an apartment, not in the ghetto, look a little further. I also dont even recomend calling for prices because they are the biggest joke of this whole situation!!!
