During my time here, I have enjoyed the staff at Archstone. They were wonderful to have and the complex and its residents were taken care of. Since the buyout by Mission, things have become a living nightmare. The management team is less than appealing. They are more willing to give excuses than results. There is nothing good about what they are doing here and it is time for everyone to beware. The rent is too high for the product they are selling.

I thought the Archstone staff was nice too, and they were. They just wouldn't do anything. They'd tell you they would, but rarely did anything. I personally was promised things by the old staff, and when it didn't happen, I found that the new staff was unaware of the promises. Way to pass the buck Archstone.
