The staff at Mission Brentwood is rude and very unorganized. In the past five months we have lived here we have had mold problems and when I called to have maintenance remove, it took two weeks before action took place. When I called to follow up, no one in the office knew what I was talking about. The original workorder was never communicated. When I asked for notice and an explanation of when/why maintence did enter apartment all I received was a small notice "issue has been addressed". When I called to receive an explanation of the outcome, again no one had an explanation.
The previous management staff was extremely nice and courteous of the tennants. The new staff hardly says hello when you walk in the office. Serious billing issues also when new management took over. I received a letter stating if we didn't pay our "dilinquent" balance we would not be able to pay rent the month and could be evicted. We never had an outstanding balance and no one could even give us an explanation of the charges-they just wanted us to pay the money. Don't trust Mission Brentwood-they don't care about their residents.

Totally agree. The former management was atleast nice when you had an issue and at least pretended to take you seriously, this new management treat you like crap!
