Please read before signing! From: missionbrentwoodsucks Date posted: 2/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2007 1 response   Please shop around before moving here! They are building more low-rent town homes right in your front yard. These people throw their garbage down the hill in front of you! Living there was a nightmare! They lost several of my UPS packages and said it was "not their responsibility(even though they signed for it)". The maint guy came in through my patio door when I was in the shower one day because my front door was locked. They try to tow your car if your tag expires by one day. After 7.5 years I finally moved because I couldn't stand the blasting and construction of the low-rent townhouses while I was trying to sleep (they start at 7am!!). They have changed ownership 3 times since I have lived there. Can you say lemon'' They raised my rent over $150 through the years, in the end my neighbor was paying $100 less than me for the same thing. Now that I have moved out they are trying to hit me with fees and rental charges. After 7.5 years they are trying to charge me for normal wear and tear. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
