We moved into Briley Parkway apartments because two of our friends live here and recommended the complex to us. We have definately been pleased and have since referred our friends to move in also. We have had no maintenance issues since we have lived here and had only an occasional light bulb burn out, etc. The property looks like a resort because the grounds are full of trees and flowers. Our apartment also backs up to a creek which runs through the property. It's very peaceful and we feel like our quality of life has improved with living here!
