The Staff is nice and things get done only if you speak to a manager or Assistant manager. Everyone else is a waste of time. Apartments and grounds are extreamly well kept. Neighbors are friendly but it is overall a rather young community so if your in your twenties prepared to be stared at. we had a small problem with the 7 people living in the two bedroom below us. THe only major issues i had was when we first moved in we requesed something no be changed or removed and they were, I requesed a screen be replaced in my bedroom and it NEVER was, and they sent us (me) a $35 water bill when neither my roommate or myself had been staying there for the last month. THere is a major problem with spiders we had to get sprayed at least 3 times.
