Not a bad apartment, but location could be better

I lived here for 2 years, 1st in a 1 bedroom apartment, then I upgraded to a 2 bedroom. I had a good experience while living here. I had an apartment overlooking the "creek" between the buildings, and it was very quiet. The pool is very nice, but they needed to add some grills for residents to use. Never used the laundry or fitness center, but I understand they had several acts of vandalism becuase they always seemed to be closed for repairs. No problems with crime either with my apt. or car. The windows were dirty and paint splattered, and forget about cleaning them (if you can reach them). The utility bills were good. I had an upstairs apt. with a vaulted ceiling and I don't remember any electric bills over $100 even in the middle of winter. I moved out, not because I didn't like my apt. but because I moved to another town. I question now the traffic issues since most of Briley Parkway is under construction. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who wanted an apt. in this area. The office staff was nice and pleasant, I hever had any issues with them. I liked renting from Archstone, and I am now looking to rent from one of their other communities in Nashville. They always made me feel like I was important and that my concerns were their concerns.
