I've been renting for 7 years (8 different apartments) and this is by far my worst experience. They are supposed to have a 1-day service guarantee -- WRONG. My air conditioner has been broken for 3 days and it's over 80 degrees in my apartment - still waiting for it to get fixed. There is a severe parking problem here and they let people keep wrecked cars in spaces, making it even worse. They don't make people pick up after their pets, so the aroma of dog poo is everywhere in the air - you can't even open your windows. The lighting in the breezeways of the buildings is HORRIBLE. The equipment in the workout room is ALWAYS broken. The "security gate" RARELY works. The walls are PAPER THIN. Seriously, I can hear the people's phone ring in the adjoining apartments...every time it rings. Lots of people with loud stereo systems that drive in and out at all hours of the night...with their bass up as loud as it will go. If you live under someone, the stairs the people above you use are horribly noisy. Sounds like a heard of buffalo everytime they go up or down. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
