overall this is a nice aprtment complex. Since this is run by a major company I had high expectations for this place, and I feel those expecations have been met.

The buildings are very nice looking, I like the fact they used cedar siding, which ads a rustic touch to the place. The landscaping was lush, rich and very pretty. I got a 2bed 2 ba apt. facing the creek and another building. I like the view! If you look down at the creek its very nice and relaxing sometimes. Its vey nice looking down from the third floor. It is building 6.

When you go inside the third floor apt's. with vaulted celings, it feels quite roomy, They seemed to get the floor plan right. The bedrooms are seperated, which is a plus if you got children or roomates. I currently use the second bedroom closest to teh entry as an office. The appliances are older, and I did have problems with the dishwasher at one time but was easily fixed. Stove works great, and was clean at arrival. bathrooms were very clean. It is very roomy and I like the floor plan.

The facitites were in good working order, the laundry card system worked good, all washers and dryers worked,They could celan it more often and i noticed they had a bench in there and it was broken and there was lint everywhere and soem bags scattered about. The car wash area was practically just a host and a vaccum, at least they had it, but the gate however, had lots of problems and I did see the gate people there parked at teh office frequently.

Occasionally we would have problems with parking, as they can use alot more parking spots.

Now the only major problem I had was the staff. Scott was the only person there that was really worthwhile to deal with, the rest seemed to be "preoccupied" or just ignored me.

Overall I'm quite satisfied with Archstone Briley Parkway.
