During the course of trying to decide where to rent, we liked the promises made to us by the staff of Archstone. However, they've pretty much been just that, promises with no delivery. Things were/are not as they promised. Here it is, past the Memorial day weekend, and even the pool facilities are not open. Their answer to me was that the pool inspector hadn't come by yet, but it is clear to see that they haven't prepared the pool even for the inspector to come and open it. Their service, promised to provide within 24 hours, doesn't always happen. I once went with a clogged toilet for about 5 days. Our gate system, provided for safety and security purposes, still remains unsecure though it was promised to have been fixed some time ago. We are now looking forward to our lease time running out, so that we can move to another location. Also, we can't recommend that anyone consider this complex for your living accommodations.
