outside is great...inside sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I was very excited when I first moved in. The grounds were very well maintained and everyone seemed friendly. For $700/month, I get to enjoy cheap carpet that stain very easy, silverfish, centipedes in the kitchen sink, roaches (they are huge), a toilet that continues to run (even after maintenance took a look at it), a water meter that spins out of control, thin walls, moldy cabinets, and a staff that doesn't seem to care. I've had several instances where maintenance had to come and they always did a horrible job and left the place a mess. It's a great location from downtown, but not worth the money.
