I wouldn't rent this place to a dog I didn't like. I have had 5 water leaks since I moved here in January. Parking is okay, but VERY difficult to find a place on Sunday nights -- I have had to park my car in the grass on several occasions because visitors were taking the tenant parking spots. I have had several problems with roaches, spiders, and silverfish. For the money, it is HORRIBLE.
