Where do I start.... Scott who is the site manager or finance person in the office can't count. I have paid many bills twice because he has lost something or the books didn't come out right once he got audited. I can't tell you how many times I heard "Well I appologize we are under new management and the policies have changed" True the name of the apartments are Misson of Briely Parkway. But I believe that they changed the name of the apartments because Archstone had gotten bad ratings as well.
When looking for apartments in this area, I asked if crime was a problem here. Of course you get a NO but shortly after I moved in a neighbors car was broken in to. The theives here didn't break out the windows.....they jimmy the lock. You would think I could they do that.....hmmm well the lighting around here at night is terrible. You could do alot of things over here. You have to be careful at all times. O not to mention one night I was walking my dog and I notice that some new people who moved in were moving out within a couple of weeks and I asked what happened and theives had broken through the balcony door into the side door and stolen items out of the apartment. I waited for a notice and nothing was sent out to let the community to know..... O how about I heard on the NEWS that a Lady got RAPED over here. They said that her door was left opened but of course we didn't hear about that either.

PARKING is a JOKE not enough spaces and abandoned cars sit for ever!

NOISE: O my GOSH! If you live on the side were the parking lot is then the walls and windows are PAPER THIN! You hear everything doors slamming, cars and trucks starting, people talking. EVERYTHING! I mean EVERYTHING!

Repairs!!!!!! It takes DAYS even WEEKS maybe MONTHS!
Yes, I did say month. I have heard many things once I have talked to my neighbors.

BUGS! YES! BUGS not just bugs due to not being clean but I mean OUTDOOR bugs (spiders (plenty)). And guess were they come from..... They come in the front door. Because they won't put a door strip on the doors. So that also means that cold and hot air leaves the apt which in return causes your bills higher.

BILLS! the water bill I believe is CRAPPY! the water company is not from Nashville Metro water services but some other company. They say that you have a meter but I have yet to see this meter for myself. The truth is that they take the bill and divide it amongst all apartments here and that is how you get to pay for someone else bill and your own.

I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE HERE!!!! FOR THE MONEY IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Go to Starline

I lived here once too but must say Scott is about the only person who got anything done for me. As for the "RAPE" it happened over 5 years ago and it was once. I don't think you have to worry about that any more. As for the repairs I requested a screen on my window the week we moved in. We moved out a year later and the screen still wasn't there. The water bill... I couldn’t agree more the way they do it is crazy. My last month there I didn't have a roommate and I had actually moved out weeks before but some how my bill was $40. I sent a letter in with my last payment although I doubt they acknowledged it. All in all, I ‘m a very understandable person, and can put up with some things, It was one of the better apartment complexes I’ve lived at for upkeep of the property and cleanness of the apartment when we moved in. Our request were ignored and my closet fell apart not as horrible as this person is making it out to be. Your going to have issues where ever you live… its an apartment you shouldn’t be expecting too much from it.

This is a great review as far as truthfulness goes. All of what this review talks about has happened to us. We moved in 2 weeks before that rape happened and it was the next building over from us at the time. I forgot to add the part about bugs to my own personal rating, but it's absolutely true. I kill 4 bugs/spiders on average per day. They come in through our bathroom vent, under the front door, and little holes in the cabinets. One time we found a WORM in our SILVERWARE drawer! Noise is horrible. Rap music at 1am blasting from some idiots' car. The entire place is poorly lit. It's an unsafe place to live. As far as ^^ this guy's response. It's an apartment and we're paying $700 a month for SOMETHING. I'm not going to live in a place and then pass it off and say "Well, I'm going to settle for being nasty and broken down". No, I don't think so. Anyway, if you're reading this and considering living at this hellhole, TURN AWAY AND DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE. Take it from me, I'm a 3 year veteran from this horrible place. Only 2 more months and I'm outta here to never come back.
