I have been living here about 5 months and since day one there has only been trouble. We decided to move here due to the fact that they state that tere maintance is wonderful and they will be out there with in a day or two of the problem. The first issue that we had was that the sink in our master bathroom was leaking. It took them 2 days just to get out here and fix the problem. A water and leak and two days to fix kind of scary to think what else was to come but as time has gone more and more problems have occured in this problem. After a week we realized that there was a crack in the main bathroom they waited a month to fix the problem and choose the rainest coldest day of the last two months to use dangerous chemicals around my daughter who is only 20 months. They were not worried about her safety or mine making it very difficult for us to even stay in the apartment. My friend of five years had to come and get me due to the fact that they inform my family that it would disturb us so my husband took the car. Within an hour my daughter was walking around covering her mouth coughing and I could hardly breath from the chemicals. We currently are still having problems with them about structural issues. They are required by metro code to bring out a structural engineer to look at the cracks and breaks in the dry wall. It has been three weeks and still no response from them on this issue. Therefore I am worried for my safety and my daughters that the biulding may fall from the apperance of new cracks each day. From my personal experience due not enter into this apartment complex unless you are willing to sign a contract to deal with horrible customer service, rude employees and expensive rent for falling apart crap.

Great review. I'm glad you posted. If you've read my review, you'll know the problems I've had with leaks. If there's a sink, there's been a leak followed by mold in our apartment. They usually have a 3 to 4 day wait time before they get to anything, then if it's something they can't do a "quick fix" on, it'll take them either 5 hours or 2 more days to actually fix something. Maintenance barged into my apartment yesterday while I was sleeping. I was in the bed when they came in and they didn't even notice. I waited until they left for a minute and then got up and got dressed, then when they came back in they said "oh, he came back". No idiots, I never left. You barged into my apartment without knocking. They came back again today and attempted to fix a leak in the wall that was leaking into the apartment below us. I think Metro Codes needs to come out and start looking around and seeing all this stuff. Thank God we only have 2 more months left at this horrible place. I'll make sure any website that allows reviews to be posted will know how this complex really treats its residents. I agree with you also that the staff is especially horrible.
