Well first whenever we were shopping for apartments, the assistant manager Scott told us one price for a two bedroom apartment, THE NEXT DAY the price went up and after we got there to actually look at the apartment he was like "Oh ya, the price is actually this much (higher)". We moved in any way, there were TONS of things that were needing repair, some weren't even done until after we moved out. During one of their "surprise" visits, the handywoman scared my dog (who was in heat and wearing a diaper) and then managed to let her out of the apartment too. When i went to the apartment manager (not Scott, the real manager) her response was "Well would you like out of your lease'" Oh ya, that's going to fix everything! "Sorry we screwed you on the price, moved you into a disgusting and non functional apartment and lost your family pet on one of our maintenance visits that we didn't tell you about, now would you like to move too'!'!'!" Luckly for that fat -----, my dog came back later that night. My car got broken into, and their response was "Ya that happens sometimes"
Also, when we first moved in, we paid the security and pet deposit just for them to turn around and give us a bill at the end of our lease for "damages" that were done by our pet (a few stains on the floor), why do we pay a security and pet deposit anyways'' This place is GHETTO!!!! The gym has two treadmills (one doesn't work), one bike machine, and one weight bench that has multiple missing weights. GHETTO!!! The water heater flooded THREE times, they came, ripped up our carpet and left it like that for about three weeks before they finally came back to replace the padding and carpet, just for the heater to leak again a few weeks later. I'd rather move back home with mom and dad before I ever live at Mission Briley Parkway again. GHETTO!!!!!! I perceive the management as nothing more than petty thieves. GHETTO!!!!!

I agree! they have nothing but issues there and you would ask the current manager but everytime you see him you can't think of any question but " is he ---??" The level of service provided could've been better represented by a monkey. Don't waste your time!

I agree to all the comments. I lived there my senior year of college and had nothing but troubles. My first unit had a spider problem. I had 2 spiders crawl on me while I was sleeping. Not to mention the 2 roaches I saw. I then moved from building 11 to building 3 and had the worse neighbors live below me. They blasted their surround sound every day starting at 9PM. I couldn't study let alone sleep sometime. The fitness center??? PLEASE. . GET THE F--- OUT OF HERE. ITS A JOKE. I ENDED UP BUYING A YMCA MEMBERSHIP. Overall, the location was convenient to the interstate, but after that it goes down hill. Females careful of this place
