Just signed my lease today on a new 870 sq ft apartment. I am very satisfied with what I am getting. Plenty of space, and lots of amenities. The area looked wonderful. The people walking around didn't look like convicts, and were friendly.

The office staff was great. I am very excited about my new apartment.
