I moved here when I was interning locally in Nashville. At first it was a nice place to live. The people here were mostly family oriented and it was a quiet neighborhood.

In the four years I've lived here I've received warning letters from occurances such as people busting in doors, attempted murder and theft. I've seen probably almost a dozen cars broken into (including my own twice). (especially the last year and a half of my lease)

They tell you that they have a security gate but it's probably worked 1/5th of the time I've been there. They put up an arm in front of the security gate to cycle between people going into the complex but it always gets broken off somehow and they fix it no matter what. They even put in more speed bumps to try and keep people from tailgating through the gate but that never works.

Unless you like living next to Nashville International Airport, expect to turn up the TV from time to time because of the airplane noise every few hours. You hear just about every plane that lands.

Also the grounds are not well kept. I feel for the people on the first floor because the shrubs are at their waists. They just got the apartment walkways lit and still don't have the mailboxes lit either.

They don't do regular maintance either. If you want them to replace your air filter, you have to pick it up at the office and install it yourself.

If you want to use the anemities on site, don't bother with the gym. The equipment is so old, one guy I talked to almost got hit head sandwiched between two weights because the cable that holds the weights snapped. You'd better get a membership at the YMCA if you want to work out. Also the basketball courts are a waste too...just about all the guys that play there don't even live there. It's all free basketball to them.

To sum it up, if you want to spend your money on a home that you have to worry if you car got broken into, wake up at night either from busting in doors or airplanes overhead pick this place.

Otherwise go elsewhere.
