I have lived here less than six months and I first thought that it would be a quiet and comfortable place to live. NOT! 1) Management is HORRIBLE. They seem not to be in a hurry about anything and just want to get you locked into a lease; 2) If you try to get out of your lease, they want to over charge you so you can not move; 3) There are two maintance men for over 200 apartments. So it takes forever to get repairs done; 4) I have had numerous heavy leaks in my apartments (bathroom, ceilings, laundry room). There is mildew and mold from the leaks; 5) Closet space is extremely small in all the bedrooms; 6) Neighborhood is loud. You can hear conversations and dogs barking all the time and most pets are not kept on a leash outside; 7) Children are always playing out in the street, even though there are play areas; 8) There is ALWAYS trash outside our apartment and on the grounds. I am constantly sweeping up plastic, paper, etc.;
9) Repairs started on the ?Ghetto? buildings in the back to make them look nicer and they still are not finished. Some apartments still look half finished and security lights are still not up; 10) Bottom line- Find somewhere else to live, because these are over priced for the trash service you receive!
