DO NOT LIVE HERE

My husband and i have lived here for 1 year we have had problems since day one. We have noisy neighbors and the person who said parking was good lied its really bad it seems to have gotten a little better since repaving it but still not a plus. And that was another hassel they are constantly doing work on the apartment i guess to try and better them but its hard to do when you do a crappy job they give 1 night notice if that before needing your apartment or needing you to move your car sometimes you get no notice you just wake up to people knocking on your door at 8:00 in the morning and you better hurry up and open the door or they will come in on their own. The new siding they put up in the back about 7 months ago is already falling down. The management is rude and irresposible there have been 3 different managers since we have lived here and remember that's only been a year. There are alarms in the apartments good luck getting service and when you call about it they argue with you!!! This is the worst place i have ever lived i would rather live at Lincoya Bay even with as bad as it look. Be careful the Lakes will try to charge you for anything and everything they can... The pools were not open on time the close them at sundown. I live in a 1 bedroom and i do have upstairs neighbors who are up all night and soooo loud their in lack up storage and the square feet include the screened in porch so its not as big as it sounds. The pet fee was 300 dollars but they make you sign somthing that says it does not cover any damage caused by the pet... then what is it for!!! I guess to sum it up Don't live there whatever you do!!!
