I've lived here a year and it is awful! My apartment has flooded twice. My neighbor behind me had his apartment broken into by another man living in our same building. The criminal had a prior record of 5 break ins, but was still allowed to live here. To get things repaired in your apartment you have to call constantly to the manager to get anything done. It is not worth the money or the trouble. They also have a record of going through management. Every time I go in the office there are new staff members. Let's not even discuss the pools and fitness room. They probably get attended to once a year.
