It is interesting that two of the recent positive reviews are on the same day. Was that a homework assignment for the office staff'

I moved here a year ago. I read the bad reviews before coming to check it out for myself and mentioned them to ------- as we looked around. She said the negative reviews were put in by competing communities. Unfortunately I believed her. There is absoulutely NOTHING redeeming about this place. I have lived all over the country in apartmetns and have never had the problems I have had with this place. Maintence is a joke. The noise from other units is ridiculous. And if you like being surrounded by a bunch of thugs and thug wannabes you have found your home. A piece of vinyl siding fell off in the breezeway downstairs last October'November, it laid on the ground for over a month, was blown out into the grass by a storm where it was picked up and thrown away. Did they bother to check to see where it came from and replace it' No, no, no, that would require effort. I had made seeral requests to get the vent from my dryer to the outside cleaned and after four attempts, it was finally cleaned, but the "professional" they hired ripped out the ventilation tubing as he pulled out his hose. It has NEVER been fixed so everytime I run my dryer, the space between my floor and the ceiling downstairs is filling up with nice, flammable dryer lint. And let's not forget the bugs. Nothing like pouring out a bowl of cereal with a cockroach in the box, yum-yum.
So if the people in office want to keep putting up positive remarks, let them. But I as a resident am doing MY part to warn people away. I have warned at least 2 or 3 people who were driving through looking not to even consider it so if I can keep others from making this mistake, I feel like I have helped in some small way.
