                                Communication from complex staff is at a remedial level. They sell you on amenities they don't provide, and maintenance staff is rarely found/timely. The space of the apartments are nice, but water pressure is terrible and they clearly don't care about residents.

                                              The apartments are very old on the inside. They need to be remodeled. Not only on the outside. The rent is pretty pricey for old apartments compared to the new ones. I wouldn't mind paying that amount if it was new.
