yeah certain people will say its a great place to stay but if u look at the majority there and you'll see why. Lots of illegal immigrants and with the manager (kathy) running things if you have a problem with them then you have a problem with her me and my fiance moved in back in november and everything was fine other than the noise above us i would swear there were 20 people staying above us and we are not the type of people to complain about anything we are very patient but when you're trying to sleep or even relax and watch TV tell me would you be upset when you hear running, stomping, and what sounds like a bowling ball being dropped every 30 mins during all times of the night' yes exactly and when we went to Kathy about the situation her attitude changed like we are asking her to evict her family (maybe) but all we asked is that if we are going to be staying there we should be able to relax and it gotten to the point where i have seen 15 different people going in and out of that apartment above but kathy swears only 2 people stay there and we've been getting stare downs from the many people who stay up there like we are the FBI but our lease is over now but other than that problem and the maintence guy knocking on the door every morning for something to do and half the people in the complex cant drive our car was side swipe one day by someone so you'll have to be careful where u park...its decent for the money just make sure no one is above you or atleast someone kathy likes or it'll be a long difficult lease for you........

i've lived in these apartments but they weren't crappy apartments because of the "illegal immigrants." your english is apalling, and your thinly veiled racism is even more apalling. just because they're mexican, you assume kathy cared about them more? maybe it was because you're an ignorant, racist idiot, and they were not.

You must be confused because these apartments are immaculate compared to the others in the area and the management is much better than any other. Try walking into a Bellvue Apartment complex where everything is nice and neat and perfect see if they will work with you on problems NOT HARDLY, besides Home is what you make it and you must not have made it too well.

If you cannot deal with the noise in an apartment buy a house. QUIT RENTING! If you had roaches they are the ones you brought with you when you came so that must be an issue of your own I have lived there on three different occassions in three different apartments and never had problems with roaches. Of course I hear people above me or next door but that is part of apartment dwelling if you cannot deal with it you dont need to live in ANY apartments.
