FOR ALL WITH BAD COMMENTS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006   I too am a resident of Parliament Place and if anyone has anything bad to say about the Apartments or the management (Kathy) It is only because they either were evicted for non payment or because the manager (Kathy) would not give them an extra month to pay their rent and WHO WOULD! The apartments are one of the few left that is actually kept well and as for the manager, she will do anything possible for any of her tenants. Kathy is a very fair manager and she treats all her residents with the same common courtesy regardless of race.
