Great Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   All in all for the area of town this is the safest cleanest apartment community that you could live in. This is all due to the management. Kathy is a great manager and is very helpful to all residents. The apartments are well kept inside and out. She is a great help to all of her residents and goes beyond the call of duty to take care of her people and the property. Parliament Place is the best apartment community in Nashville. All of the residents that have lived there always come back to see Kathy I know this because I live there currently and have lived there in the past but always to return back to a place I would like to call home. PARLIAMENT PLACE
